Studio Basic & Ensuite Bath - Midtown East We operate with strict rental periods as follows: May 1st - August 31st June 1st - August 31st September 1st - May 31st September 1st - August 31st For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year. Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Room: The studio basic is a unique space. It feels more like a studio, with a private entrance from the hallway. The resident will not share the common areas, such as the bathroom and study desk with other occupants. It’s spacious, giving the residents the most luxurious living experience. It features a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, study desk, smart TV with a streaming device, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. This room is a perfect fit for those looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. Neighborhood/building: Situated in the heart of the vibrant Midtown East neighborhood of New York City, the Seton Residence gives the chance to have a uniquely fashionable, luxurious, and central location altogether. The residence is a half-block from Lexington Avenue, and just steps from Grand Central Terminal. Moreover, it is a short walk to the United Nations, Times Square, Bryant Park, Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue, the Empire State Building, and Central Park. Kitchen and laundry: While our Seton Residence provides hotel amenities and luxury there are no heavy kitchen appliances. Residents will find a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The Laundry and the communal kitchen are among the common areas shared by all residents in the building.
